How refunds should work

If a host cancels or cannot deliver the confirmed experience, guests should receive a refund or a suitable alternative. If a guest cancels, the displayed cancellation window should apply.

Transport and external services

Airlines and other transport providers often have their own refund rules. The U.S. Department of Transportation, for example, distinguishes airline-controlled cancellations from third-party agency policies. SOL should present any external supplier terms separately.
